RelaunchlyAI is an AI-powered marketing tool that generates campaign strategies and repurposed content. The Service is operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.
Prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Account tab. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service for spam or mass unsolicited messaging

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by RelaunchlyAI is produced by AI and is provided for informational and creative purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the content you input and the output generated for you. We retain rights to the Service, platform, and underlying technology.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelaunchlyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
